I am not sure to say whether website has fake accounts, I am not techie but for sure from my experience I can say when you become paid member and upgrade even for VIP subscription I never got better matches, if you get some 9/10 don’t reply. They say RM is assigned to you but he/she hardly does any work rather justifying their actions . So I can safely say it’s absolute waste of money and time to get membership here.
