Virgin is fraud. I am in tension from last two years their sales man provide me wrong info & their Customer Care said "You have to pay the monthly bill without uses."

I have Mental stress by forcing its advocates. so I can do anything.
I mailed to customer care they just say you have to pay first then they will talk.
I have paid once without using internet & I said to shut my device they said you didn’t pay from three or more months so its already off. then next month I got bill again.
when I talked to customer care they said pay your bill first then they can talk about my problem.
