I am a customer of Virgin Mobile India.Now a days I am getting frequent messages to download Wall papers, which is nuisance for me. Today while checking my Account Balance, unfortunately that massage gone to Voice Service due to this problem Rs.13/- is deducted from my Account. This has happened many times.
And When I call your Customer Care Number 125999, I am getting wrong number, and saying that It is Tata Indicom Number, In their website also it is written as WE CARE FOR OUR CUSTOMERS as "Virgin mobile users can dial on 125999 from their handsets". They don’t even bother to inform the customers regarding change in their customer number. They are very well interested to empty your pockets. Hidden costs are more which salesmen dont reveal at the time of purchasing.
Always you receive delayed sms(extent upto one day-which is of no use)
Not able to hear voice clearly. Mp3 quality is worst.
So I highly recommend not to go with Virgin Mobile even you get it for free of cost.
Now I am shifting from Virgin to Vodafone . It is comparitively more reliable than Virgin.
