I am sharing my bad experience about Virgin mobiles VFlash Broadband Internet service. I am letting you know this because I do not want that anybody else should become victim of these cheaters. The plans they are providing are for fooling the customers. I had selected a plan of Rs. 750 PM (2 GB download limit) + an add-on of Rs. 200 (10GB between 11:00pm to 07:00am).
After selecting any such plan you will be expecting that you will be able to download 2GB plus 10GB (during night) but you can’t. As soon as you finish using around 800-900 MB of data download they will disconnect your internet connection saying that you have crossed your credit limit (which they will actually set to something low e.g. Rs. 1500) and will ask you to make an interim payment even before your bill has been generated. Else, they will ask you to make a deposit payment of around Rs. 5000 in case you do not want this to happen again.
Not all these things will be revealed at the time of giving the connection.
One more thing, they are not going to provide you the USB Card reader as shown on their website. Instead, they will provide you a useless USB ports expansion device.
I have purchased this USB Modem device for Rs. 2400 and since they are disconnecting the service every month even before the bill is generated I gave up and the modem is of no use now. It is a dead investment now.
