First of all, its to be know that Virtualtravelguru is a information site of a travel agency. There are no option to book online a trip. You have to call the agent through information provided on website and discuss the plan.
Although they offer a trip, having price on average, their service are not good. I on behalf of my personal experience with the company, they give you a very high-fi list of features amd support. But in actual there are nithing like they had already told you.
In my trip, hotel in which we stay, are very bad. Toilet is so dirty having very bad smell. You cant wait inside toilet more than 5 minutes. Its very unhiegenic. They promisses to give a good hotel but nothing happening more. Behavior of staffs are very disappointing.
In my opinion dont go through this website and its owner agent as they are doing fraud. His aim is to make money by cheating and doing fraud. They dont care of any customer.
