I joined Virtusa in January and left it in June. Virtusa polaris to be specific. They pay good money to the laterals if you negotiate well. Now thats the only good thing about this company. Rest all is disastrous about this organization. The quality of work in this company is absymal. If you meet 100 people on the floor, you will see that 110 people are frustrated i.e.not only those 100 but 10 people sitting outside office are also frustrated by just looking at Virtusa doors. This place is frustration magnet. It attracts some of the brightest minds in industry, suck life out of them due to pathetic management and poor work culture, and leave them irritated and frustrated. The management in this company has no spine. They are working mindlessly like slaves, without questioning the methods of client. If tomorrow client tells them that he need moon, right here on the earth, the management will commit to that also, and will start putting pressure on resources for the same as well. This is the degree to which management is mindless and hopeless. For them client is literally GOD. They treat resources like insects who can be just hired by throwing money at them, and doesn’t mater where the career or life is going.
HR in this organization is joke of the century. You will laugh at them by just talking to them for 5 mins. They are not fit to be HR. There is so much negativity in the air that you will feel like in a really bad space in your life. So if you are planning to join, then DO NOT commit this mistake of your life, and if already joined, then run as soon as you can. This organization is simply not worth a single second of your lives
