I bought it last summer at 30K from vijay sales.
First thought wouldn’t work well as its not a well known brand but I was proved wrong.
Its cooling time was far more faster than other branded air conditioners .
Plus I got 4 services free for 1st year, 2 services free for 2nd year n 1 service for 3rd year.
I didn’t need to call their customer care for service as every 3 month I automatically got a call frm them asking whether to book a servicing appointment n the next day itself their engineer would visit n service it.
It also got amazing features like auto stop or start, smart remote, auto temperature cool etc.
Its just amazing n those who feel it is not a brand well just to inform you when I asked the same at the time of purchasing they said me it is an upcoming brand and collaboration of Videocon and vijay sales
So dont worry it is trustworthy n very well trusted brand
I would recommend this to all n give it a try
