Disrespectful behaviour from the staff vijay velu

I had purchased 4 window curtains from kasavanahalli branch in that one was damaged. so i went to exchange the curtain. When i asked security he said, the person in the counter can help me with the exchange part. And so I proceeded towards one counter where i asked for an exchange of my curtain with a bill. But that person said he can’t exchange and top of that he was saying I should have checked it before purchasing it and i agree with his part, but since i used to purchased each and everything without seeing and trusting the brand they sell so i dint bother to check all 4 curtain but since i got this damaged piece, i had to exchange it else it was of no use. And even after continuously request and explaining he even dint bother but instead he was so disrespectful and arrogant to even speak. When i asked i want to talk to the manager, he is claiming that he is the manager and his name is Mr. Vijay velu (manager). I was totally surprised by his behaviour that how can he be a manager where he can’t even speak decently. I’m very disappointed with this so called manager he claims. I can understand this pandemic have exhausted us with pressure but this is not a way to treat a customer. I want the management to take the action on his behaviour. And for info (he was disrespectful to his staff too and was not wearing proper mask)
