Vishal mega mart was giving us very poor service.They never keep the change and force you to purchase something else for that money and there is always a long queue at the billing counter. One has to wait so long for his turn. I had to purchase just a tee for 99 rupees and I had to wait 45 minutes at the billing counter. It was very rush there.
Recently I visited this visual mega mart which just want to show everything by its name itself that is visual mega mar . But in fact it is not so.
I got some dresses and after that I went to for the billing of my goods but his ignorance towards me made me angry.
When my turn of billing came he just left out the counter as he got any phone call and left me waiting for himself to come. He came after a few minutes and then did so anyhow. There was same song being played at another counter too to ignore customer.
So what does it mean to you when you are behaved so. I did not expectect these thin.gs from these malls which want to show some reputation. So a lit of improvements in facility needed. So mall manager need to look over that problem and take care of customers properly. THAT’S IT.
