Vishalpackersmovers.com - Poor experience
I had to move from Bangalore to Gurgaon. I read reviews about many packers and moves on mouthshut and and opted for going with Vishal packers and movers. There are more good post/comments compare to bad ones for them. I am not sure if I was not so lucky but I really didn’t have good experience with them.
Right from the beginning when they started packing, I didn’t like the way they were packing. It looked very careless and unprofessional. This the the first time I was going to use any packers and movers service. When I asked them about the packing they asked me not to worry, so I didn’t complain much.
I had asked them that I wanted to get my luggage after around 10 days (they usually take 6 days to shift stuff from Bangalore to NCR). When I had reached here in Gurgaon and I called back the Bangalore office they said that they were planning to send luggage a week from the date of packing since I wanted to receive luggage in around 2 weeks It was okay for them to do that. But when I received the bike it had run around 1250 KMs.
Most of my luggage was in carton boxes but there was one big airbag of my own which they shifted just like that. While packing they had wrapped it with tapes all around so I was not worried about the safety of stuff inside it. But when I received it there was no tape around the zip and I could guess easily by opening the bag that someone had opened it and looked for some valuable inside it.
Other than these issues I had one big mirror and a wall watch which they had packed inside my bedding were broken.
I don’t say that Vishal at every city would be treating customers luggage like this. But I wanted to let people know that atleast in Bangalore my luggage and bike were ill-treated.
