Roadside footpath reseller provides much better service than Vishal P&M. Vishal P M does not even have business ethic which I know however this it to inform you that humanity is also severely missing when it comes to their service.
It was my biggest mistake of life, believe me I literally cried (with tears on my eyes). A few months ago I hired Vishal P&M services to move from Bangalore to Chennai, I hired them after consulting many such service providers.
To pack my house hold things they sent two immature unprofessional village boys. They did not even bring cartons to pack the things!!! (Imagine) One guy went in search of carton near my home for 2 hours. Belive me you can hire their services if your family, friends and nabors are fine with packing, loading and unloading your stuffs because this is what we did for Vishal P&M. Delicateness in packing was completely missing, they dropped my wooden almara.
They took the complete amount of money in Bangalore now I had no hold on them. The loaded truck reached Chennai at 6:00 AM next morning and again nightmare started again. I phoned Vishal P&M people about 22 times from morning till evening 7:00PM to send people to unload the truck but no one came. There behavior was like “we don’t know you”. Finally, I paid and hired people to unload the truck!! My diwan set was broken when reached Chennai.
As Chennai is new place to me I did not filed any case in consumer court against them which I have done in Bangalore for other issues, I wish I could have been in Bangalore to do so. I cannot express much on words about my miseries caused by VPM. I am sure good ratings which you see in other views must have done by VPM themselves as t they are defensive on other review based sites on them. They will ask you to call few satisfied customers (fake) when you ask them on their service guarantee.
