Dont Loose your Vision @ Vision Cinemas

I went to watch the movie 2012 [English] at Vision cinemas and I must say, it was destined to be my last visit to the theater. It was an awful and pathetic customer experience at Vision Cinemas.

After trying to get the tickets at INOX & PVR, My cousin suggested Vision Cinemas where 2012 was being played too, Although had heard about this cinema hall, I had personally never visited it. We managed to reach 45 mins early to the theatre and managed to purchase the tickets for 2012, but alas it was in the very first row!. But having watched several movies in INOX & PVR sitting in the first row, I wasnt very unhappy about this & was happy that we were going to watch 2012!

The pathetic experience began right before we entered the theatre’s campus.!  After me & my cousin purchased the tickets, we thought of driving the car into the theatre’s parking lot, but hey, wait the security guards wont allow us to? Reason: the current running show needs to get over before we park it in & to our dismay, we were a the exit gate of the paking lot.! There were no sign boards indicating the entry and exit of the parking lot & the security gaurd told us we were stationed at the exit gate and we couldnt even pull back as already a beeline of cars were behind us! and it was a one way too! We had a spat with the security and he wouldnt budge & neither speak with courtesy. There were no folks from the theatre management to be seen around!

After almost 30 mins of waiting, we managed to get in! and we also entered 5 mins late into the hall due to this & we finally rested ourselves in the seat. Wait a sec! did I say seat? Naah, it was like a BMTC bus seat:(, just not what you would expect after paying such a high price(Please note that the price is at par to a PVR or a INOX ticket here too!).

I just glanced around the hall & now stared at the screen, just to realize that I am able to watch only the half portion of the screen!, I had to virtually move my neck to watch the movie, it was like watching a tennis match! I have never seen seats being placed so near to the screen!, there was hardly any space between the first row and the screen which made the movie experience pathetic and horrible.

Then came the intermission for the rescue and the lights were turned on, and then I got to look down to find that th e dustbins of the BBMP had made inroads into the theatre, the mats were all torn and were very very dirty and the gorund was not cleaned up at all. It was very messy. I went to grab a popcorn bucket & the dissappointment journey just didnt end & I was entering the KR Market lookalike shop.People creating a ruckuss & the so called food-court was selling iyengar bakery’s pups and some soft drinks. I couldnt wait any longer for the movie to end to go back home.

The display & the sound system is very poor. I was wonderin what made people come to this theatre paying a huge money$. I would caution everyone who wants to head here, please do NOT visit this theatre even if the tickets are offered for free. You would puke and get a headache for sure. NOT AT ALL RECOMMENDED FOR ANYONE.NO VALUE FOR MONEY.BAD MOVIE EXPERIENCE PLEASE DO NOT ENCOURAGE SUCH THEATRES SPRINGING UP IN BLORE WHO CHEAT CUSTOMERS.
