My mother who is 82 went to the Vision Express store in Gopalan Signature mall to get a new pair of reading glasses on the 07 aug 2018. She explained to the man that she had lost the old pair and needed the new one urgently. She paid the full amount upfront(Payment Ref. 508110100020708218) and was told that it would be ready in a couple of days. She has followed up multiple times and even visited the store a couple of times. She is being repeated told that the glasses will be delivered to her when ready. Today is the 19th of August and still the glasses have not been delivered. They don’t even bother to call and let you know what is happening. This is how they treat an old woman. Shameful.
