Despite having a bad experience with this particular store in lajpat nagar earlier , I gave them a benefit of doubt and visited them again But it turned out to be a terrible experience .These people have absolutely no clue what "delivery timing" is all about .
I was promised to get my spectacles made by 30th of april. But I was told that my order is not ready and they wud get it home-delivered within 24 hours . I kept waiting ( P.S- for a basic necessity , not a luxury product) and they did not even have the basic courtesy to inform that they were unable to keep their promise this time again . Now its 4th of May and have not heard from them yet . ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED !
