I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude and appreciation for Mrityunjay from the shop of Vision Express in Korum Mall, Thane.
He has done an outstanding job by making sure that he got my glasses made in record time of 4 days and also ensured they were delivered to my uncle’s house in Kandivali just in time for his flight to New Zealand from where I ordered for my spectacles. He went the extra length to retrieve my records, send photos of frames to choose from and also give me discount.
He has been brilliant in his customer service and attitude to help me going out of his way to make sure I got what I wanted. I wish him all the success in his life.
