The Visitation..a visit of unexpected proportions

The Visitation by Frank Peretti is full of artistic suspense and intrigue. This is the style of Frank Peretti. He offers ’painted pictures’ for the mind. You are there in ’his diners’ or in the town squares of his books. And when you think you have a handle on his characters, he will surprise you again...and again.

Frank Peretti is a writer of Christian genre fiction. But, he is often on the best seller list of both secular and Christian reading material. He simply attracts all readers who love suspense. And he has the ability to keep his work interesting until the end. He is married and has four children and lives around the southwest U.S. I have read many works of his, including the spine tingling The Oath and Piercing the Darkness. He is an author who has ’settled in’, at my home library.

In The Visitation you will find, in a small town {Frank loves to use small towns, just like yours or mine} that a certain Crucifix is weeping and people are finding supernatural healings. They also see someone, in the clouds or bushes, even a simple diner sign. This town is Antioch, and it has become the gateway for supernatural happenings. Angels, messianic images, other ’unbelieveable’ sightings, have come upon the town. But, Travis Jordan is NOT buying into it. And he is not sure what healed his crippled friend or gave vision to another. Travis must deal with life of ’good and evil’ in his small town as he confronts the VISITOR. There are 30 chapters in this book, 519 pages, and an Epilogue.

The price of the book is $24.99, but you can purchase it for less on some sites, or write for Mouthshut, save points and buy it ’FREE’. at an Internet store. ENJOY. :-)
