Mismatch in online web design display and product

I recently ordered a personalised coffee mug. There was a great difference in coffee mug handle. The red is incomplete and leaves a completely different look. The website picture while ordering was different from what they sent to me. I am a patron, but this moved me a bit. It was to be ordered in huge bulk quantity. Mow looking at the standard, I doubt, we should order. They have promised to send another product with necessary amendments. Let’s hope they stick to their good customer response!
