Vistaprint is a very unprofessional company run by a bunch of amateurs who know nothing about customer service. Their delivery schedules have different versions everytime you call them. One guy doesnt know what the other guy has committed.
We ordered business cards, which Blue Dart tried delivering on a Saturday and Sunday! Obviously, there was no one to receive the items. On Monday, we were told by Fahim - Customer Care, that Blue Dart would deliver the items. We were in the office, but Blue Dart never showed up. Tuesday, we were told by a Customer Care agent that the items were returned by Blue Dart to Vistaprint at 4:15 pm. When asked to re-send the items, we were told that we had to re-order them! Thats their company policy.
On Wednesday, another Customer Care agent, Prashant told us that the items(business cards) were discarded by Blue Dart(Blue Dart discards undelivered items that are Cash-on-Delivery) and therefore, we had to re-order the items.
Phew! Whose story do you believe? Such an unprofessional customer care department.
The CEO needs to get a better handle on his craft. Sitting in an ivory tower and not knowing whats happening on the ground will have detrimental consequences in times to come.
We have decided to stay away from Vista Print and recommend others to deal with them at their own peril. We requested the Customer Care agent to put us through to a CC Specialist(Riddhi Pawar) or CEO(Bharat Shastry) but were declined saying that "they" would call us. Our convenience to receive a call is not their consideration. Even giving out phone numbers, extensions, email was declined. Some secretive business this! Stay away, far away.
Perhaps, a call from Bharat Shastry could explain things better, if he can get off his perch.
