I have been using the services of online portals like Flipkart, HealthKart, Myntra etc and I consider these e-retail portals as world class.
Last week, I decided to try out VistaPrint’s product and ordered a office shirt and a T-Shirt post referring the size chart available on website.
While T-Shirt was fitting nice, there was an issue with the office shirt (shirt arms were short) and customer service representative Zoya promptly raised a service request against my order number GCK1M-K2A65-4Q6. She also promised that issue will be taken care of and I will not lose my money (My android phone records the conversations by default)
Thats it. Post raising the service request, Vistaprint team never came back. I have been following over the email and calls.. Still waiting for a resolution
