I read the mixed reviews here and was skeptical but still went ahead and ordered two sets of business cards for me and a friend for our small business enterprise. I also used one of their design templates for the cards and must say that they have wide range of options.
Added a coupon also after googling and brought down the cost by 10%. The shipping charges are a bit high but overall still an unbeatable price.
On their website they claimed to give a free card holder for every order. But when I ordered two sets of cards, the card-holder was shown as free for only one and the other entry showed a Rs 200 cost. So, I guess the free card-holder is restricted to one per order. Anyway, did not bother much about the cardholder as I wouldn’t have used it anyways. But people who want it just double check your cart charges so that you do not end up paying for it.
After about 3-4 days I got a mail stating that only a partial order was shipped i.e. only my business cards were shipped. After waiting for about 2-3 days more, there was no info on the rest of the order so I sent them an email. They responded promptly and within a day I got the entire order delivered.
My expectations were not high, but I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the cards. The look is professional. Although the wait for the card delivery was longer than usual to a city like Hyderabad where I stay, I am still glad that my concern was addressed immediately.
So overall I am quiet satisfied with vistaprint and would definitely recommend.
