I am a frequent Traveller as I have to travel across India so I have to take various flights across the states but whenever I fly with Vistara I have not found a single time that I was satisfied with their service either the seats won’t be comfortable enough or the staff will be rude or the check-in counters will be overcrowded and unhelpful or the flight will be late.
most of the time I found the check-in counters to be very crowded and unhelpful with my queries.
I would not recommend the courtesy of the flight attendants very high as I have not ever been too pleased with their service, they just do their job.
The seating capacity is 3 by 3 which sometimes gets too cramped up as they tried to get as many seats inside as possible.
There were even a few times when the flight got delayed and I had to wait a long time so I will not say that they are a very punctual Airline.
