I fell in love with this airlines in my very first flight with them. I took a flight from Bangalore to Ahmedabad and return as well.
The first flight was early in the morning and the return was a few days later in the evening.
I was able to do a web check in and select my seat free of cost unlike other airlines, who have made it mandatory to pay for the seat selections.
The baggage drop was easy, hassle free both the times.
The flight attendants were cooperative and gave a warm welcome in the flight. Their uniform is something very different - nice and bright, compared to the usual that we see around.
During the flight, we were given a complimentary breakfast. The breakfast included vada sambar, pongal, a bun(fell in love with the bun, it was extremely soft and tasty), small sachet of butter and some fruits. The breakfast had a good taste and it was warm. Once the breakfast was done, tea/coffee was also served.
My return flight was in the evening, they offered dinner which had rice, rajma curry, bun, butter and a dessert and again tea/coffee.
The service was good, quick and clean.
The take off and landing was smooth and nice, no issues faced at all.
Will definitely opt for vistara next time and would strongly recommend it:)
