I m a frequent traveler and this time chose to travel with vistara but realised its my life’s biggest mistake to chose this flight. Even though we were 42 mins prior they did not allow us to board the flight and treated us like a dog.
The staff members( M Nagesh and Simon and one senseless old fellow) has no basic manners, no sense at all. They say its their money now and wont refund. After fighting with them finaly agreed to refund some amount.They have no value for flyers money. I m advicing for everyone please dont use this flight forever.
