I am buying my first car from Vitesse Pvt. Ltd. Andheri (West). opposite Fame Adlabs. Mumbai, and I have only one thing to say that it is one bad bad dealer to deal with, If u hate yourself then go ahead and deal with them. They are very poor in service and lie to the core. They gave me the receipt for my payment after one week of payment and that too after forcing them to give.
On of the day of payment after the card was swiped they say that there systems are down so wont be able to give the receipt immediately but will be sent the next day itself. After that they kept on making false commitments for delivery but never fulfilled it. Plus they will never bother to call you, it is your requirement so after the payment, you will have to call. Also they told me after 15 days of booking that they will not even process the deal itself till I make the full payment.
In all absolutely pathectic dealer. I am sick of them and curse the moment I made the payment to them. Please also save your relatives and friends from dealing with this dealer, as you are sure for tough times if dealt with them and dont fall for there pre-sales talks, they are good before that, but after that they are not bothered about you.
