Very Poor Service, right from the time I booked the Baleno vehicle (which was delayed by more than a Month) to the delivery (which was probably one of the worst hand over’s I have ever seen in a long, long time) the entire way and system adopted by Vitesse was amateurish and non-professional.
The company has really no staff which understands the needs of a customer nor do they have a responsible PR unit which can address customer complaints. Post my purchase I received a call from Maruti Udyog and I informed them of my experience. I was rewarded with a AMBIPUR car scent. This was like adding insult to injury. Needless to say, I promptly returned this ’gift’ of a bribe.
I do hope others don’t suffer the horrors of a similar experience and I also pray to the powers that be at Vitesse to understand how important customer satisfaction is, be it a single buyer or a huge multinational.
