VIVAAH- As the title suggests it is related to marriage. The director of the film wanted to show, what can happen in between the time from engagement to marriage. To some extent the director is to express that, But the presentation is not impressive. The film’s pace is very slow, audience is not bound with the film. Because of slow pace the film becomes BORING. The role the characters perform are too idealistic. All the actors in the film have done there job perfectly. The excitement of marriage, shown by Shahid kapoor is good. In latter half the film gains some momentum, but still the film tests audience patience. This film will specially help Shahid to recognize him as a good actor. Amrita has also played her role nicely. Rest of them Aloknath who is habited to play these type of roles is OK. Amrita’s sister acting is good. Anupam kher is as usual perfect in his role.
