Vivaah, as the title suggests is a movie based on arranged marriages. Arranged marriages are still a significant part of the society. It is a family based movie which is just too sweet to digest. I just wonder, a director like Sooraj Bharjatya could even think of such a plot which has no base. Looking at his past films, he has few good movies to his credit like HAHK...but Vivaah is a big disappointment. Amrita Rao is looking pretty and she has acted well and Shahid Kapoor looks matured with good acting.Anupam kher has always done a good job....SOME songs appear to be added just for the heck of it ...but even the songs aren’t that great which can pull the movie in anyways. My suggestions, to people who have plans to watch this movie, Then its NO NO! you could invest your time in something more useful.
