As being a hotel management student I were trained as trainee in the vivanta, I knw how a hotel does works, and coming to vivanta its a 4 star categorised hotel but the way hotels potriats the service is good but behind there will be lots of clumsyness in service.
I gone up with several experiences when I were at vivanta its horrible like they dont follow the standards at all and they make guest to feel that they are following standards.They dont even wash spoons and paltes properly they doesn’t follow any hygenical standards. what it mean is they does what they like, by seeing all this I come to know that what we learn in books is totally different when compared what we see in hotels on that case vivanta deserves.
