Really loved this place. First thing that impressed me was the hospitality of the staff - starting from the front desk to just about everywhere. Extremely polite, always helpful - makes you feel that they go out of the way to satisfy you. They don’t crib about something being closed, too late or too early - either for restaurant, the spa or other facilities in the hotel. The restaurant staff go out of the way to prepare local delicacies for you if you are so inclined, even if not on the menu for the day. The service at the private beach is great. The facilities are great. Large jacuzzi - almost a mini pool. Perfect for a private session. The spa was simply lovely. Minor irritants are taken care of immediately, as if they never existed. One could go on and on - but quite simply, the best relaxing vacation I ever had in India.
