In this post, I want to share my anguish and the awful experience with fellow travellers who would be booking the Taj Hotels for their stay here in India.
I wanted to book a stay for myself and my family at the Vivanta Panaji, Goa. The dates of travel were to be:
Arrival: 01 July 2016
Departure: 04 July 2016
I wanted to travel from New Delhi. I intended to book a double room with Breakfast and simply mentioned in my mail that Id sent on 14th June 2016. I am a member of Taj Inner Circle Gold - Epicure Plus and my membership number is: 101011053621.
The next day morning I got a call from the reservations department of Taj but since I was busy that time, I politely request to call me in the afternoon. The person who called confirmed me that he will call up at 4PM.
Since that day, I have been waiting for that call and help on my reservation.This is the state of affairs of the so called Indias finest hospitality companies with the brand name and trust of Tata.
This is what pissed me off and I can imagine how they would be dealing with people who arent member of any of their s called elite club programs.
