In the year 2005 when I came to Bangalore and new to here. I wanted to buy a DVD player for my home use. My house was nearby to CMH road. I found one bing electronic shop as Vivek.
I enquired about the product Philips 5.1 DVD player. I asked them you can book now and the next day I will pay the entire amount and take it. They said there are only two pieces if you want then take now, otherwise they will sell it to different customer. Actually I liked the product and wanted to buy. Immediately I withdrawn the cash from HDFC bank and given him the money and taken the DVD.
When I bought to my home I saw that DVD player was not working. Next day I complained to Vivek they told me that they are not the dealer of Philips, they only sail the product. You need to go Philips dealer in Sampaigne Nagar.
Anyhow I got the address and they changed or altered something in the DVD. For few day dvd was working(not fully, always it was stucking). Presently the VCD are also stucking.
I don’t have patience and trust again from philips dealer and vivek that I will buy or change it. I am using only the VCD now and dvd is not working.
*BE ALERT WHEN YOU BUY PRODUCT FROM VIVEK. THEY SELL ALL DUPLICATE PRODUCT WHICH I CAME TO KNOW WHEN I FOUND THAT MY DVD WAS A DUPLICATE DVD.
VIVEK NOT ONCE AGAIN - - THATS SURE. INSTEAD GO TO CITY MARKET AND BUY THE SAME THING CHEAPER.*
