I have bought a Samsung Galaxy Star phone from Viveks-Forum Mall(bill no 21C11400240). When they give the set they don’t even check if it is working or not. The charger of my phone was not working and I have walked in to the store today.
They have asked me to contact the service centre for the charger. I was expecting for a replacement of the charger. One guy by name Pranav was the one who have given this mobile, and it was a old stock mobile. My humble request. Please never buy anything from Viveks.
