Vivek Home Service is a unique concept which I was very excited to be a part of platinum customer, I took one year membership for repair and service of all home appliance including plumber, carpenter and electrician.
I have registered a complain for samsung AC not working and there is water leakage from the indoor unit .It has been more than 2 months and till now no body has come to service the same. They only boast about maintaining maintain service standards which apparently is failed.
They dont even give senior official’s number to escalate the problem.Always promise to send somebody across but no body turns up.Really annoying.i have even demanded to cancel my membership and refund my money back.
Hopeless service! Don’t go for them even if its free.
