I have bought the Split Ac in viveks in May 2011, from that time the problem started with there delay in delivery. First month itself it started giving sounds and water leakage, called to customer service after 3 days they sent the technician, he did the service and said everything ok now. But after 15 days the problem started again. Till may 2012 we have reported the issue more than 10 times and they too came and did only the water wash nothing else to rectify the problem in the AC. 1 year guarantee also over. In June month, they said issue with the outdoor where the oil is blocked, because of that water and gas leakage is happening, so we will check in our office both the outdoor and indoor.
The service provided by this Viveks is worst. Now we asked for the exchange of the AC but they said we can give you only 3k for the exchange. We bought it for 30k just one year before. The technicians dont know the rectify the problems at all, they are fit for nothing except doing the water wash of outdoor and cleaning the indoor unit.
Very mush disappointed, money wasted with this worst Dealer. I suggest please never go for Viveks, the products are they are selling is mostly defective and the technicians are fit for nothing which they have them to provide service to the customers.
