Barged into their store screamed at the top of my voice, grilled the branch manager and the sales man, said I would not leave unless the machine is loaded onto a rickshaw - Alas.
In 20 minutes the machine was in my house, if anyone is facing such issues please do not waste time calling them, Vivek’s expects customers to reciprocate their rude gesture, please feel free to explode.
