I am here to discuss about Home Serve, a plan that takes care of your Electronic Items and other house hold articles via AMC. Viveks is a Market Leader in this and very prompt in calling you when the service is due.
They do not shy away from attending your trouble when you call them or when it is due which ever is earlier. The charges are nominal and I have opted for my AC’s. They also do Plumbing and other works. Once you are with Home Serve, your worries are taken care of.
They would also send you a Welcome Pack which would give all the contact numbers and your policy no and hence you need not have to run here and there for the Service. Only problem I faced with them is they have merged some other customer details with me and I get a call often when the other customer calls up to complaint or his service is due which is not yet sorted even at the time of writing this review.Will they ever look into it?
Products in Viveks is awesome and I have bought most of my household articles there.Earlier they had their own Finlease and not they have tied with Shriram, Bajaj FinServ and offer EMI at 0% Interest. What else one would need?
