Vivo phones used to be really nice a few years back, when they innovated and tried to do something different. Now-a-days, they just keep launching phones with minor upgrades on previous models. For the T4x 5G, the specs are decent for the price. A 6.72-inch FHD 120Hz display, MediaTek Dimensity 7300 processor, 6GB RAM, and a huge 6500mAh battery with 44W fast charging. The cameras are a huge disappointment. Despite a 50 MP main camera, the photo quality is subpar. They do not look natural. Videos are fine in good light, but low-light shots are average at best.
The FuntouchOS 15 UI feels cluttered with pre-installed apps, which is a bit annoying. Also, there’s no expandable storage, which can be a headache later on. All-in-all, it is a decent budget phone, but you can get better options at Realme or Xiaomi.
