One of my friend bought VIVO V5s 2 months which costed him around 19, 000 INR and after using it only for a month realized that the phone was definitely not worth it’s price tag, it’s hardware and built quality is really poor, his screen was cracked once it fell from his hand, usually other phones bear damage of that intensity because the height wasn’t too much . Around 40 days later phone’s ringer stooped working and when we visited the service center, they said that it was because of some physical damage and charged us for servicing it. Company’s customer support and service are not good and this mobile definitely is not a value for money product .
