We bought this phone for my uncle, But that was the biggest mistake of life ever! 1st of all it is not worth the price tag of 18000/- rs. And here is the clarification for that.
1) Vivo V5s has Media tek processor which is octa core and has 4 ARM cortex-A53 cores which are clocked at 1.5GHz. And 4 ARM cortex-A53 cores which are clocked at 1.0GHz. which is okay for a budget phone. And 18k is definitely not a budget phone for middle class people!
2)It comes with a Mali-T850 MP2 gpu which has 2 cores clocked at 520Mhz. Again its a budget phone gpu. Obviously you cant expect any heavy gaming on such budget specs. It doesn’t even have a mid range phone processor for the price which they are charging.
3)Ram is pretty okay that 4gb LPddr3 does its job fine. Also the non removable 3000mAh battery is satisfactory.
4)The screen resolution, which has a pixel density of 267ppi certainly doesn’t slog for higher resolution videos, forget about true colour graphics while playing games! While many other manufacturers provide a massive 401ppi pixel density display that too within 15000! So thumbs down for the screen resolution at a price of 17999rs to be exact!
5)So what we get by paying hard earned 18000rs is only the 20MP SECONDARY Camera! Mind Blowing feature. wow. And no one rather clicks selfies to take advantage of that superb 20mp camera!
Final piece of advice is to go for other brands. If you wanna get robbed then you are most welcome to use this 20mp camera for 18000rs, but I would infact suggest to buy one low end or 2nd hand DSLR if you love clicking pictures so much!
