I team, I am writing this issue on your platform which I related to my device of Vivo A5s which I have been using for a long time. This is the first time I had pathetic experience with Vivo help support. Yesterday I was trying to logged in my vivo cloud account to access my data.I was unable to access my account.I was trying to connect to vivo service representative but every time Ivr was connected me with other departments.I tried many times but did not get connected with them.
Still my query is pending what should I do???
