Using this phone for about two month , I personally found that it’s a particular price of crap that should be known for its slagging , slowing and restarting .
I have personally used this phone for about two month and found it to be the mistake I have done after trusting vivo and this phone is just nothing more then a device that tortures you all the time.
After paying such a high price I thought that it would prove itself to be a prominent phone in accordance to the specifications but I was absolutely wrong.
This device is bulky and the hardware is old as compared to the other devices that were launched in 2017 . This device is having s screen dimension of 6 inches and it makes it bulky but if the battery was provided in accordance to the display that would make a sense but the battery capacity is so low that the phone drains the battery twice a day and this is the major problem .
The processor is 1.8 GHz which is low according to the price , you do not get enough for what you pay and due to low in capacity processor this device slags all the time and is incapable in running high resolution games .
The gorrila glass is older and is provided with version 3 which makes it low in quality. The resolution is very low in comparison to the screen size and the hd quality dosent comes to its best.
The network and the signal strength is all-over good but feels sometime to be weak in comparison to othe devices at lower price.
The customer service is slow and they take lot of time to fix the phone , after my complain of slow running of the phone they took a week just to upgrade the software which didn’t helped me and the phone is running same as it was before.
The charges are high as compared to other device of same price range .
