customer service is good but not so perfect . many time the customer service excutive did not pick the phone, and they give you only advice not only perfect solutions
charges and billing is so high, this phone is only for selfie lovers not have much features like others, in this price range, & also his cost is so high so I suggest you that don`t buy it, advice to all of you becuase it have some processor probelum when we was playing hard games
