Hello friends , today I am telling you my views on vivo v7 . I bought this smartphone couple of month ago . I bought this smartphone as per current craze of this company . But my decision was totally wrong . This smartphones has major issue of heating very fast . This smartphone also heat while playing games .
And also it’s battery drains very fastly . This smartphone has 4 GB of ram , but sometimes it starts hanging during multitasking . As of it’s company logo camera & music , this smartphone is only good for that purpose .
This smartphone has 32 GB internal storage , which is not enough as this smartphone has 16mp front and 24mp rear camear , it’s picture and video size are very large . This is 4g volte smartphone but the network is average . I tell my problems to service centre , they take my phone for two days and after that returned me , but problem isn’t solved yet . Customer serviceof this companyis not so good .
Shortly , I face these problems regarding to this smartphone : -
1) battery drains fastly.
2) sometimes it start hanging .
3) camera quality is average.
4) customer service is not good.
5) charges are very high according to it’s performance.
At last I don’t advice anyone to buy this smartphone .
