As I have experienced by using this phone is the network will go off sometime and the network will not come back unless you switchoff the phone this issue make this product bad in network .the customer service is not provide every where if you have any issue in your phone then first you have to search the customer service and it’s really difficult to find there customer service nearby places .for solving your phone problems they will take at least 1months of time that makes its poor in services.as per the amount on the phone is so high because according to the piece the product dosnot have that leavel of brand valve according to me the product charges and billing is not worth it
