I have bought this Vivo phone 4 months ago. It is not working well . It is totally a bad phone. I really dislike this phone. Only after 1 month it felt defect.
Its network is very very very bad. In my house its network is very bad. On using internet and playing you tube the network doesn’t work. Its network is not good.
When it felt defect then I have contacted to its costomer service. They have not given any response to my calls. Its costomer service is very in bad condition.
This phone is very costly about its function and working. My charges and billing has increased very much due to this phone.
Its battery backup is very low. Its screen is very light. We should not use this phone , this phone is bad.
