I have seen many people saying negative about this phone.But honestly I am using this phone since 7months and have not get any problem yet.It has about all the features that an android phone should have and the great thing is its low price.As a vivo product, it has also the smart motion setting which I really like.It has a clear camera of 5megapixel rear and 2megapixel front, 1GB ram, operating Android 5.1.1, Internal storage 16GB and upto 128GB external, supports 2G/3G/4G LTE.I am disappointed only for its battery back up.otherwise its a good quality phone for me at this price.It has good network speed.I did not go for the customer service yet.There is a setting in the device named "After Sales Service" where you can find service center of your city and all its information.Atlast I can say that it is the best android phone for them who have limited money.Thanks
