My mother bought this mobile last year. Last time I remember it functioned smoothly was the first week!
I dont find VIVO’s UI to be very user friendly. It has a bit complicated operations as compared to other mobiles.
All over it has an average camera and not great battery backup. The another thing is that it does’nt has a very responsive touch.
Keeping a look on its price its quite an average mobile. It often hangs up. My mother calls me atleast two times a day to get it corrected. Customer service is not very helpful. They mostly fail to fulfill the customer requirements.
Charges are not too high. UI and battery backup requires many improvements.
I’ll not recommend this product. You can find something very good in this price range!
