VLCC : POLICE CASES, LAWSUITS & FRAUD
Congratulations to Mouthshut for standing firm in their belief of exposing those who take consumers for a ride.
I want to let everyone know that IF VLCC HAS INJURED YOU THROUGH THEIR WEIGHT REDUCTION AND FACIAL MACHINES, OR NOT LIVED UP TO THEIR CLAIM OF WEIGHT REDUCTION, YOU CAN FILE A POLICE CASE AGAINST THEM AND TAKE THEM TO CONSUMER COURT AND CLAIM DAMAGES, AS WELL AS GET YOUR MONEY BACK.
I am providing links below to some news reports of cases where VLCC has injured people seriously, and some cases where the promised weight loss has not taken place and they have gone to Consumer Court and got their money back.
A word of warning. Watch out for the VLCC Staff. They are very cunning and can make an ass of you. They have had so many cases filed against them, that their lawyers have briefed them very well as to how to tackle complaints. They will put the blame on you for any injury caused to you or lack of weight reduction. I AM NOT MAKING THIS UP. THIS IS OBVIOUS FROM THE NEWS REPORTS GIVEN BELOW.
So make sure you file the police report right away. If you delay, they will say that it happened some in some other way and not through their treatments. Get your injuries photographed immediately. Go to a Doctor immediately and get a report describing your injuries. Sometimes Doctors are too cowardly to write these reports, so go to a family doctor or someone you trust. And before you go to VLCC for any facial or fat loss treatment, make sure you get a photo of yourself taken with the date of the photo written on it by the photographer, otherwise they will say that the injuries were there from before. And above all, get a receipt for the exact sessions you are taking from them, with the name of the sessions written on it. Otherwise, they may even deny that you took that session from them and that you paid money for something else. Please read their ads very carefully. Sometimes they put disclaimers in very small print which people hardly read, to save themselves, in case of police complaint or court case.
