I had been to VLCC Koramangala branch for Cool sculpting As my marriage was fixed I wanted to look beautiful, the receptionist(Ms. Pradeepa) attended & without asking any mandatory questions just she said sure mam v vl do it & instead me to pay 30k immediately even after requesting for consultation, she denied saying not necessary it can be done u pay it first madam, I instead for consultation later I came to know it cant be done if v are taking aspirin which I was taking, I requested for refund as they didnt taken any consultation before payment & they didnt explained me anything about few restrictions for treatment. They didn’t agreed for refund they said they vl do cool sculpting, I asked them, u said it cant be done as I am taking asparin now how you can do, but that Dietitian(Dr Ravikumar) said he will do, they bought the declaration form & asked to sign for coolsculpting treatment, when I checked the form it was mentioned as HIFU, I was shocked & I cross questioned what you said & what you r dnt y are you giving me this HIFU form, he said mam this is advance treatment than coolsuclpting we can do this for you I was very scared by there behaviour, then tey said ok dont worry IF treatment is same as HIFU I will do that for you in sessions, they did one session of IF by an untrained dietitian(Dr ravikumar) & technologist(Almelu) very worst who was doing it for the first time without knowing how to operate the equipment just to finish off 30K I really felt very disappointed. I stopped for I session & I asked why the lady doctor didn’t came to do, then they said Dr Anju an dermatologist said it cant be done and she wont do so we arranged this, which was very disgusting. But at anycast they were not ready to refund they were doing experiments on me, during the IF done by untrained people who I got some nerve damage near my eye as they pulled my skin inappropriately, I was very digressed, then they said they cant refund they will give extra 10 k service & extension of validity more than 1 year. I went for keratin treatment which was not at all effective & within 3 days of that keratin treatment I suffered with Herpis immediately in my half side of head including my face, I really dont know the reason. Even after they were not ready to refund, after 6-8 mnts I taken some wax facial pedicure & Medicure for which they charged very high, later I again visited after 2 mnts for wax & facial, they started putting the same price for what they charged for last service even though I availed very less service, they did just fruit facial they said they did advance facial really the utter most cheating center, they used to put 8 k billing for single visit, when I asked they used to say they cant split the amount & tell us it is all together that much, finally I thought to get botox & to finish the service as soon as possible, that was done three days back, again there is no effect of treatment very worst experience & service more that that I knew I was getting cheating every time very badly, but even though I was not able to do anything, this is my bad experience about this VLCC who is not bothered about the customer or about the good services, they are just money suckers, please do not go nd waste your hard earned money like me, I am having their mails & msg everything as a proof.
