Only till selling their packages they’ll? be customer friendly after that it is" I DONT CARE"attitude. With respect to beauty sec.My sister who is NRI used to buy beauty products from VLCC.Using her contact no. even after she had left to Dubai VLCC approached me with repeated phone calls saying there is a wonderful facial package with great discount . Since my neice already had a bad experience with VLCC beauty sec I hesitated to take up.But unfortunately they managed to convince my another sis who lives closeby VLCC adyar.as she too recommended I agreed to take up the package.They said it was the last date to book the offer package and got the money from my sis even without meeting me .I’m totally not aware of the package except it has great discount.
After that when I went there they took me for session and got my sign.It was written gold facial. When I enquired staff poongodi said it was gold facial.I had 3 facials?.After that I was unable to go due to child birth.
After almost a year I enquired whether I can continue. They accepted.But this time I was not happy with the service. staff poongodi has left.whenever I asked staff manju abt this.She always says my package is about to expire n jus she is doing as if like a favour.Now 5 facials are done but no change in service.it was total waste of time.When I further asked staff manju she said it was jus a clean up facial n there will be no result.I was shocked.When I asked her then y do u mention gold facial while getting signature.she replied that simply as a continuation she is writing n my package has only clean up .The worst part was she said she is doing massage just in favour of me n it is not included in my package. When I have paid for my package y she has to do any favour? If they feel package is gonna expire they wud have charged for renewal.Instead y all this.I became really wild.I went to my sis who recommended n paid for my package who took a package for herself too.
The most shocking part was she had entirely diff service for the SAME PACKAGE.So I went to VLCC along with her n asked what is happening.The people in front desk told it was neither gold facial nor clean up facial but it is GLOW FACIAL.When I asked y there is difference in service for the same package between myself n my sis.They refused to utter any word instead asked me to meet tejal.Tejal wasn’t there when I went.
I discontinued from then.It’s been a month .Till now there not a single call from them who rang up repeatedly? to sell the package. HORRIBLE SERVICE. Vice versa to slimming sec. ive taken 3 pakages at 3 diff periods.All were too good.n I will continue with slimming sec.But beauty sec is waste of time n money.
